Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre appoints Raj Kumar as Executive Chef

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center has announced the appointment of Raj Kumar as Executive Chef with over 13 years of experience in luxury restaurants and hotels.

In his new role, he will be in charge of culinary operations, guest satisfaction, which will design the food festival. He believes in the fundamentals of seasons and freshness that makes this dish unique.

Chef Raj has a wealth of hospitality experience and worked with several luxury brands such as TAJ, ITC, Hyatt, Radisson Hotels & Lebua to name a few. Prior to joining Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center, he was the Head Chef at Radisson Blu Ludhiana.

As Chef, Raj will oversee all of the hotel’s culinary operations, including the all-day Monarch, Pan-Asian Chao Chinese Bistro, Roadhouse Bar & Grill and The Ten Kings Bar. He will also oversee the program of in-room dining, banquets and dinners.

With his extensive experience and experience in various hotels in the area, he will be a leader in creating and delivering memorable dining experiences at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center.
