Crowne Plaza Jaipur, a member of the Intercontinental Hotels Group, has appointed Nishesh Seth as its new head chef. He brings extensive hospitality experience with several luxury brands including Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International. He moved from Crowne Plaza Gurugram to Crowne Plaza Jaipur to enhance the hotel dining experience. He strongly believes that cooking is magical because it can lift the senses. Seth will run all of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including the two signed restaurants, The Royal Root and House of Han. “I know the people of Jaipur love their food, which makes me even more excited to treat them to an amazing experience,” says Seth.
