Prices

The prices displayed on Zarnik's website are stated in Indian Rupees and do not include delivery charges. The delivery costs will be clearly indicated and invoiced separately at the end of the order, in addition to the product prices. In the event that an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected during the order completion process, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued for the payment made, even if the order was initially validated.

Availability

We strive to fulfill your order promptly after it has been confirmed and payment has been received. However, if a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days from the date of payment.

If your order contains both available and temporarily unavailable products, we will ship the available items first and send the outstanding items separately once they are back in stock. We will refund the shipping fees for the remaining items.

In the case of temporarily unavailable products, we may offer you a replacement of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement and later decide to return it under our Right of Return policy, we will cover the return postage costs. Alternatively, if you choose to decline the replacement offer and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse you for the price of the unavailable product.

Damaged Goods or Short Delivery

If you receive goods in a damaged condition or experience an incomplete order, please accept the delivery and promptly contact our Customer Support. Provide them with the necessary details regarding the damage or short shipment, including the invoice number. Our Customer Contact representative will assist you in arranging the pickup of the returnable goods within 24 hours of registering the complaint.

Please note that all damage reports must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to entertain any claims related to damage or short delivery.

Deferred Delivery

If our delivery partner attempts to deliver the order, but finds your premises locked or you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made free of charge on the same or next day. Our delivery partner will communicate the revised timing of the delivery to you. However, if you remain unavailable for more than 24 hours after the expiry of the delivery period, the delivery will be considered cancelled. To proceed with a fresh delivery, you will need to initiate a new delivery request and pay the applicable delivery charges.

Change of Mind

At Zarnik, we understand that sometimes your preferences may change. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for products that you are not satisfied with. The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery of your order.

Please note that any shipping fees associated with the return will be your responsibility, as per our delivery charges. Reimbursements

At Zarnik, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent refund process. If a refund is approved by Zarnik in relation to a transaction, the User will be reimbursed using the same payment method that was initially used by the Buyer.
