Control team access

Manage who has access to your Zarnik company account and define their permissions. This feature allows you to control team member access effectively.

Steps:

  1. Access your account: Click on the account button, typically displaying your name, in the top navigation bar. On mobile devices, this will appear as a user icon.
  2. Choose your company: Select your company from the account list.
  3. Go to team access: Click on the "Team Access" tile on your dashboard.
  4. View team members: You will see all team members who currently have access to your company account.
  5. Review user details: Each user's entry displays their name, email, assigned role, and last login information.
  6. Add a new user: Click "Add User" to invite a new team member to your account.
  7. Disable users: You can disable users when they no longer require access. This action removes their access without deleting their historical data.
