Track your shipments

Stay informed about the delivery status of your Zarnik orders with real-time tracking. Here’s how you can monitor your shipments:

Steps:

  1. Access your account: Click on the account button, typically displaying your name, in the top navigation bar. On mobile devices, this will appear as a user icon.
  2. Select your company: Choose your company account from the list.
  3. Go to shipments: Click on the "Shipments" tile from your dashboard.
  4. View shipment details: Here, you can view all your active and past shipments with real-time tracking information. You'll see tracking numbers, destination addresses, and the current status for each shipment.
  5. Detailed tracking history: Click on any specific shipment to view its detailed tracking history and monitor its delivery progress step-by-step.
  6. Understand status tags: Look for status tags that indicate the current progress (e.g., "in transit," "delivered," "exception"), often color-coded for quick understanding.
