View your orders

Keeping track of your past purchases is easy with Zarnik. Follow these simple steps to view your complete order history and details:

Steps:

1. Access your account: Click on the account button, typically displaying your name, in the top navigation bar. On mobile devices, this will appear as a user icon.
2. Select your company: If you manage multiple companies, select the relevant company from the list that appears.
3. Go to orders: Click on the "Orders" tile located on your account dashboard.
4. Browse order history: You can now browse through your complete order history. Each entry will show key details like the order number, date, current status, and total amount.
5. View detailed information: To see more specific information about any order, simply click on it. This will display details including the individual items purchased, shipping information, and tracking updates.
6. Navigate pages: If you have many orders, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate through multiple pages of your order history.
