Directions for Use

For Ovens/Grills

1. Pour the product into a spray bottle.
2. Set the temperature at 60°C.
3. Remove loose deposits with a scourer or brush and rinse.
4. Spray the product on the surface and leave it for 10-30 minutes, depending on the level of soiling.
5. Rinse the surface thoroughly with water.
6. Allow the surface to air dry.

For Fryer Cleaning

1. Drain the oil and close the drain valve.
2. Add 100 ml of the product for every liter of oil capacity (10% v/v).
3. Fill the fryer with water to almost the oil-fill level.
4. Turn on the fryer and bring it to a controlled boil for 20 minutes.
5. Rinse the fryer twice with clean, hot water and dry it thoroughly.

Note: This product is not recommended for Teflon coated surfaces.

For Hot-plates, etc.

After cleaning and draining, scrub the remaining residue from side walls and heating elements with a scourer or brush.
