- Unused Product: A product that remains in its original state, has not been removed from its original packaging, and shows no signs of handling or use
- Original Packaging: The complete manufacturer or Zarnik packaging with all original labels, tags, and protective materials intact
- Special Orders: Products that are specifically sourced or customized based on customer requirements
- Business Days: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding national holidays
Return Eligibility
Timeframe & Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Products must be:
- Completely unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
- Free from any damage, marks, or alterations
- Accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note
- Not past their expiration date (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Special order products (clearly marked with a special order tag)
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
