Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Regular orders are eligible for returns, except for special orders that include products specially sourced or customized for the customer. Special Order products are clearly marked with a tag.

Please note that special orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

Zarnik will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping expenses.

For customers requesting an exchange, you have the option to choose a different product or receive a store credit.

Ineligible Returns and Exchanges

The following circumstances may result in returns or exchanges being declined:
